Sweet Nut-Crusted Ham

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line roasting pan with foil; place ham on rack in roasting pan (wash hands).

Cover ham with foil, sealing tightly around edges of baking pan. Bake 2 hours (calculation is 20 minutes per pound).

Place sundae topping in food processor bowl; process until finely chopped and paste forms. Remove foil from ham; coat ham with nut mixture.

Bake ham 15–25 more minutes to brown and caramelize outside of ham. Internal temperature at center of ham should be 140°F. Carve ham and serve.

NOTE: Promptly refrigerate unused portions.
