Pomegranate Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 spiral honey ham half with glaze packet (8–10 lb)
  • 1 orange, for zest
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

Instructions

Cook ham following package instructions.

Zest/grate orange peel (no white; 2 teaspoons). Combine in small saucepan on medium-low: zest, contents of glaze packet, and pomegranate juice; cook 20–30 minutes or until sauce thickens into a glaze.

Brush glaze on ham during last 15 minutes of bake time. Serve with remaining glaze on side.
